Khanna Police, through prompt and diligent action, successfully traced four missing girls, including three minors, within 24 hours of their disappearance, and safely reunited them with their parents.

ਖੰਨਾ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਨੇ ਤੁਰੰਤ ਅਤੇ ਮਿਹਨਤੀ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਕਰਕੇ, ਲਾਪਤਾ ਹੋਣ ਦੇ 24 ਘੰਟਿਆਂ ਦੇ ਅੰਦਰ-ਅੰਦਰ ਚਾਰ ਲਾਪਤਾ ਲੜਕੀਆਂ, ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਤਿੰਨ ਨਾਬਾਲਗ ਵੀ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਸਨ, ਨੂੰ ਸਫਲਤਾਪੂਰਵਕ ਲੱਭ ਲਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਅਤ ਢੰਗ ਨਾਲ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਮਾਪਿਆਂ ਨਾਲ ਮਿਲਾਇਆ।

ਸਰਹੱਦ ਪਾਰ ਅੱਤਵਾਦੀ ਨੈੱਟਵਰਕਾਂ ਵਿਰੁੱਧ ਇੱਕ ਵੱਡੀ ਸਫਲਤਾ ਹਾਸਲ ਕਰਦੇ ਹੋਏ, ਸਟੇਟ ਸਪੈਸ਼ਲ ਆਪ੍ਰੇਸ਼ਨ ਸੈੱਲ (SSOC), ਐਸ.ਏ.ਐਸ ਨਗਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਮੋਹਾਲੀ ਤੋਂ ਇੱਕ ਵਿਦੇਸ਼-ਅਧਾਰਤ ਅੱਤਵਾਦੀ ਆਪਰੇਟਿਵ ਦੇ ਦੋ ਸਾਥੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਗ੍ਰਿਫ਼ਤਾਰ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ।

ਇਸ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਦੇ ਨਤੀਜੇ ਵਜੋਂ ਇੱਕ ਇੰਪਰੂਵਾਈਜ਼ਡ ਐਕਸਪਲੋਸਿਵ ਡਿਵਾਈਸ (IED) ਬਰਾਮਦ ਹੋਈ, ਜਿਸ ਦੇ ਨਤੀਜੇ ਵਜੋਂ ਐਸ.ਏ.ਐਸ ਨਗਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਮਹੱਤਵਪੂਰਨ ਜਨਤਕ ਬੁਨਿਆਦੀ ਢਾਂਚੇ ਨੂੰ ਨਿਸ਼ਾਨਾ ਬਣਾਉਣ ਦੇ ਉਦੇਸ਼ ਨਾਲ ਇੱਕ ਨਾਪਾਕ ਸਾਜ਼ਿਸ਼ ਨੂੰ ਨਾਕਾਮ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਗਿਆ। ਇਸ ਤੁਰੰਤ ਅਤੇ ਸੁਚੱਜੀ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਸਦਕਾ ਜਨਤਕ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ ਲਈ ਪੈਦਾ ਹੋ ਸਕਦੇ ਇੱਕ ਗੰਭੀਰ ਖ਼ਤਰੇ ਨੂੰ ਸਮੇਂ ਸਿਰ ਨਾਕਾਮ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਗਿਆ।

The operation led to the recovery of an Improvised Explosive Device (IED), resulting in the foiling of a nefarious plot aimed at targeting critical public infrastructure in SAS Nagar. This swift and timely action has averted a potentially catastrophic threat to public safety and security.

Further investigations are underway to uncover the entire terror network, including handlers, associates, and all linkages involved in the conspiracy.

Punjab Police remains firmly committed to dismantling terror networks, eliminating organised crime, and ensuring peace and public safety across the state.
