ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਵੇਲੇ ਡੀ.ਏ. ‘ਚ ਵਾਧਾ ਏਕਤਾ ਦੀ ਜਿੱਤ ਸੀ, ਪਰ ‘ਝੂਠੇ ਬਦਲਾਅ’ ਵਾਲੀ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਲਾਰੇ ਵੇਚ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ। ਅੱਜ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਮੁਲਾਜ਼ਮ ਆਪਣੇ ਹੱਕਾਂ ਲਈ ਸੜਕਾਂ ‘ਤੇ ਹਨ, ਪਰ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੇ ਕੰਨ ‘ਤੇ ਜੂੰ ਵੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਸਰਕ ਰਹੀ।
