Today, the hearts of the people in the Warwan Valley are heavy we mourn the loss of a true visionary and a pillar of our community, Ghulam Mohammad Mahroo, famously known as Ghulam Molvi hailing from the remote village of Kuzuz, Ghulam Molvi was far more than just a resident; he was the man who sowed the seeds of knowledge back in the 1970s and 80s, when our beautiful valley faced immense challenges and lived in educational darkness, Ghulam Molvi stood as a beacon of hope. He didn't just live his life he dedicated it to the upliftment of others at a time when the valley was considered backwards he worked tirelessly to spread Islamic education and literacy. He wasn't just known for what he taught but for how he lived. His humility and high ethical standards set a benchmark for everyone who met him whether it was a spiritual question or a personal struggle Ghulam Molvi was always there to serve his people with a kind heart. The departure of such a humble and ethical soul leaves a gap in the Warwan Valley that will be felt for generations he was a teacher a guide and a father figure to many while he has left this physical world, the seeds he planted the students he taught and the lives he touched will continue to grow and honor his name we pray that Allah (SWT) accepts his lifelong service, forgives his shortcomings, and grants him the highest station in Jannatul Firdous.
