Various ward-wise visits were conducted in the presence of the Hon'ble Chairman, Vice-Chairman, Executive Officer, Ward Commissioners, and the Technical Staff of the Kokrajhar Municipal Board. The visits were undertaken to inspect ongoing developmental works, assess local civic issues, and interact with residents to better understand their concerns. The team reviewed the status of infrastructure and sanitation, identified areas requiring immediate attention, and discussed suitable measures for improving municipal services across the wards.

Today, on 30th April 2026, Feedback Foundation, in collaboration with the Kokrajhar Municipal Board (KMB), conducted a review meeting with the Pouro Sakhis and the FFCT team.

The meeting was attended by the Executive Officer, who discussed the progress of waste segregation among citizens, the usage and distribution of dustbins, the beautification of GVP points, and the status of home composting practices within the municipality.

On 22nd April 2026, Feedback Foundation, in collaboration with the Kokrajhar Municipal Board, conducted a GVP beautification activity at Ward No. 1 near the railway gate in Kokrajhar.

During the activity, the Executive Officer (EO) visited the site and appreciated the efforts of the team. He also interacted with the local residents, encouraging them not to dump waste in the area and to take responsibility for maintaining cleanliness. The EO further urged the community to prevent others from disposing of waste at the location.

As part of the beautification initiative, the team creatively reused old tyres by designing and highlighting the message “KEEP CLEAN” to spread awareness among the public.
