We are pleased to share that the report of the 𝓕𝓪𝓬𝓾𝓵𝓽𝔂 𝓓𝓮𝓿𝓮𝓵𝓸𝓹𝓶𝓮𝓷𝓽 𝓟𝓻𝓸𝓰𝓻𝓪𝓶𝓶𝓮 (𝓕𝓓𝓟) on "𝐒𝐲𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐜 𝐑𝐞𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐰, 𝐌𝐞𝐭𝐚-𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐲𝐬𝐢𝐬, 𝐁𝐢𝐛𝐥𝐢𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐬, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐀𝐈 𝐢𝐧 𝐒𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐜𝐡", jointly organised by IDSK, Indian Statistical Institute, and Presidency University (16-22 February, 2026), has now been published in the Journal of Scientometric Research (Impact Factor: 1.3).

The paper, “𝐀𝐝𝐯𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐓𝐫𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐡𝐲 𝐒𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡 𝐄𝐯𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐒𝐲𝐧𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐬, 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐜𝐡 𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭, 𝐎𝐩𝐞𝐧 𝐒𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐀𝐈,” highlights how these interconnected areas can strengthen research integrity, transparency, reproducibility, responsible research assessment, and evidence-informed decision-making.

We extend our sincere gratitude to all the esteemed resource persons for sharing their expertise and insights, and to all the participants for their enthusiastic engagement, thoughtful discussions, and valuable contributions throughout the programme.

This publication is an important reflection of the collective efforts behind the FDP. And this is only one of the many meaningful outcomes to come. Several more scholarly outputs and initiatives emerging from the programme are in the pipeline and await publication.

We are delighted to announce that Dr. Sanjoy Kar has co-authored a research article titled "𝑮𝒍𝒐𝒃𝒂𝒍 𝑷𝒐𝒍𝒊𝒐 𝑽𝒂𝒄𝒄𝒊𝒏𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏 𝑹𝒆𝒔𝒆𝒂𝒓𝒄𝒉 𝒊𝒏 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝑬𝒓𝒂𝒅𝒊𝒄𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏 𝑬𝒏𝒅𝒈𝒂𝒎𝒆", published in 𝐃𝐢𝐬𝐜𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝐏𝐮𝐛𝐥𝐢𝐜 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐡 (𝐒𝐩𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐫 𝐍𝐚𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞, 𝐈𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐭 𝐅𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐫: 𝟏.𝟑).

The study provides new insights into how global efforts against polio have evolved over the past seven decades and highlights the importance of vaccination, disease surveillance, international collaboration, and stronger health systems to achieve and sustain a polio-free world.
