Kolkata Municipal Corporation, in association with the Department of Information & Cultural Affairs, organised Raksha Bandhan celebrations at Ambedkar Colony, inaugurated by Hon’ble Chief Minister Shri Suvendu Adhikari.

The occasion was graced by the presence of Hon’ble Ministers Shri Tapas Roy & Smt. Purnima Chakraborty, Hon’ble MLAs Shri Sankar Sikder, Smt Sarbori Mukherjee & Smt Papia Adhikary, KMC Administrator & Municipal Commissioner Smt. Smita Pandey along with respected dignitaries, senior officials and members of KMC.

The celebration reflected the spirit of Raksha Bandhan, a bond of affection, harmony and togetherness bringing people together in the shared spirit of community and celebration.
