Problem arises only when all this activities are done in irresponsible way, with no care and accountability.There a no such rules the Maidan maintains. Park Circus maidan lacks caretakers and infrastructure that faclitate protection of the Maidan.There are no legal penalties for violation or vandalism. Damage is cause by utter carelesness and lack of education/civic sense.
