রাজ্যপাল রবি কলকাতা বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ে শতাধিক যুবকের সাথে প্রধানমন্ত্রী শ্রী নরেন্দ্র মোদী কর্তৃক সূচিত মাদকাসক্তির বিরুদ্ধে ১০০-সপ্তাহের জাতীয় অভিযান 'নেশামুক্ত যুব ফর বিকশিত ভারত সংকল্প অভিযান'-এর দেশব্যাপী সূচনায় যোগদান করেন।
​রাজ্যপাল রবি জোর দিয়ে বলেন যে, প্রধানমন্ত্রী নরেন্দ্র মোদীর নেতৃত্বে, ভারতের যুবসমাজ আজ দেশের নীতি রূপায়ণ, এর অগ্রাধিকার নির্ধারণ এবং ২০৪৭ সালের মধ্যে বিকশিত ভারতের দিকে এর রূপান্তরকে চালিত করার ক্ষেত্রে অংশীদার হিসেবে দাঁড়িয়েছে। যুবসমাজকে ভারতের সবচেয়ে বড় জাতীয় সম্পদ হিসেবে বর্ণনা করে, তিনি তাদের মাদকাসক্তির অভিশাপ এবং নার্কো-সন্ত্রাসবাদের বিরুদ্ধে এই জনআন্দোলনের নেতৃত্ব দিতে, একটি ড্রাগ-মুক্ত বাংলা এবং একটি ড্রাগ-মুক্ত ভারতের মশালবাহক হতে এবং প্রতিটি নাগরিককে এই জাতীয় সংকল্পে যোগ দিতে অনুপ্রাণিত করার আহ্বান জানান।

Governor Ravi joined hundreds of youth at the University of Calcutta for the nationwide launch of the 'Nasha Mukt Yuva for Viksit Bharat Sankalp Abhiyan', a 100-week national campaign against substance abuse launched by Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi.

Governor Ravi underlined that, under Prime Minister Narendra Modi's leadership, the youth of Bharat today stand as partners in shaping the nation's policies, setting its priorities and driving its transformation towards Viksit Bharat by 2047. Describing the youth as Bharat's greatest national asset, he urged them to lead this Jan Andolan against the menace of drug abuse and narco-terrorism, become the torchbearers of a drug-free Bengal and a drug-free Bharat, and inspire every citizen to join this national resolve.

রাজ্যপাল রবি আজ পশ্চিমবঙ্গে ২০২৭ সালের জনগণনার ‘স্ব-গণনা’ কর্মসূচির শুভ সূচনালগ্নে তাঁর স্ব-গণনা প্রক্রিয়া সুসম্পন্ন করেছেন। তিনি পশ্চিমবঙ্গের সকল নাগরিককে se.census.gov.in পোর্টালে নিবন্ধনের মাধ্যমে নিজ নিজ স্ব-গণনা সম্পাদন করতে এবং এই মহতী জাতীয় কর্মযজ্ঞে সক্রিয়ভাবে অংশগ্রহণ করার আহ্বান জানান ।

Governor Ravi completed his Self-Enumeration for Census 2027 as the Self-Enumeration exercise began in West Bengal today. He urged the people of West Bengal to complete their Self-Enumeration at http://se.census.gov.in and actively participate in this important national exercise.

​মাদক ও নেশাজাতীয় দ্রব্যের অপব্যবহারের বিরুদ্ধে এই জাতীয় সংগ্রামে বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়সমূহকে অগ্রণী ভূমিকা গ্রহণের আহ্বান জানিয়ে রাজ্যপাল রবি প্রতিটি প্রতিষ্ঠানকে একটি সুসংহত কর্মপরিকল্পনা প্রণয়ন এবং ছাত্রছাত্রী, অভিভাবক ও সর্বস্তরের সাধারণ মানুষের সক্রিয় অংশগ্রহণে উদ্ভাবনী ও ধারাবাহিক উদ্যোগ গ্রহণের পরামর্শ প্রদান করেন, যাতে এই অভিযানটি এক সর্বজনীন জন-আন্দোলনে রূপান্তরিত হয় এবং মাদকমুক্ত বিকশিত ভারত গঠনের সম্মিলিত সংকল্প অধিকতর সুদৃঢ় হয়ে ওঠে।

Governor Ravi held a meeting with the Vice-Chancellors and senior officials of 47 State, Private and Deemed Universities across West Bengal on the preparations for the Nasha Mukta Yuva for Viksit Bharat Sankalp Abhiyaan, which will be launched nationwide by Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi on August 2, through video conferencing.

Calling upon the universities to lead this national drive against drug abuse and narcotics, the Governor urged them to draw up comprehensive institutional roadmaps and undertake innovative and sustained initiatives with the active participation of students, parents and the wider community, making the campaign a Jan Andolan and strengthening the collective resolve towards a drug-free Viksit Bharat.
