Fram-A-Gine Fram-A-Gine is Kolkata based Photographic Society registered under Government of West Bengal. Registration No. S/2L/31739

For centuries artists have struggled to separate themselves from the next. These days, with over populated photographers are trying to give some new touches in their photographs so that their view may differ from the other. In our new photography group “FRAM-A-GINE” the members try to capture some magical moments of our surroundings. Everything we see near us is some photography frames if we imagi

ne them correctly. Because we believe that we don’t take photos rather than make them. There are versatile topics in photography fields apart from the classical zones (PORTRAIT, LANDSCAPE etc.) like STREET LIFE, WILD LIFE, CANDID MOMENTS. Members try to focus on the of bit fields to attract viewers. We will try to update every day with new photos captured by our group members. So a humble request to all of you to go through this page to explore the world of new thoughts.

Picturesque 2.0 organised by the photographic society, Fram-A-Gine, was a photography exhibition with a difference. Besides rewarding and recognising photographers for their art, it contributed towards the cause of children’s . The exhibition was inaugurated by from the intervention areas of in who have undergone training in photography, and take keen interest in the subject. For Fram-A-Gine, a photographers’ group with a focus on social change, the children are their heroes. Proceeds from the exhibition were donated to CRY.
