Income Tax New Revised Guidelines for PAN Application Forms and Proof of Date of Birth (Effective 01 April 2026)
ഇൻകം ടാക്സ് (ഭേദഗതി) നിയമം, 2025, ഇൻകം ടാക്സ് (ഭേദഗതി) റൂൾസ്, 2026 പ്രകാരം, പാൻ അപേക്ഷാ ഫോമുകളും ജനനത്തീയതിയുടെ തെളിവ് സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതുമായുള്ള മാർഗ്ഗനിർദ്ദേശങ്ങൾ പരിഷ്കരിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്.
പ്രധാന അപ്ഡേറ്റുകൾ:
1. ആധാർ ജനനത്തീയതി തെളിവായി സ്വീകരിക്കില്ല.
2. 2026 ഏപ്രിൽ 1 മുതൽ പ്രാബല്യത്തിൽ.
3. പുതിയ ഓൺലൈൻ ഫോമുകൾ നിർബന്ധമാണ്.
4. നിരസിക്കൽ മാനദണ്ഡം: ആധാർ ജനനത്തീയതി തെളിവായി സമർപ്പിച്ചാൽ അപേക്ഷ നിരസിക്കും.
A. പരിഷ്കരിച്ച ജനനത്തീയതി തെളിവുകൾ:
1. Birth certificate
2. Indian Passport
3. Driving license
4. Elector's photo identity card
5. Pension payment order
6. Marriage certificate
7. Matriculation certificate
8. Photo identity card issued by the Central Government or State Government or Central Public Sector Undertaking or State Public Sector Undertaking;
9. Central Government Health Service Scheme photo card or Ex-servicemen Contributory Health Scheme photo card;
