Speciality coffee strengthens its root in my Koraput. Freshly brewed by one of the leading Coffee Barista Star in Odisha a Mr. Smbeet Panda@Koraput A-1.has thrilled me . First sip impression was little satisfying but confused to identify the flavour . Note was more towards ripened jack fruit but on 2nd and third it was confirmed as mixture of Arabica naturals blended with washed. Light Acidity as result of light and slow roast fused with fermented fruity notes gadualy developed interest to go ahead. All was within the discussion on different aspects of coffee development with him and his father Sri Sukant Panda. Suddenly I felt one sip was mind blowing. Ohh to confirm the same I looked at the cup, the cup was empty and realised that was the last sip. ..... I wished to have one more cup but self-respect came on the way. ...... It was really a great experience to hv a Speciality coffee at Caffeine Corner at Jeypore. Explore the Koraputs coffee treasure at This Cafe. Thanks a lot Smbeet, Sir, Madam. And Misty for a wonderful hospitality.
