We have come to the end of a month long expedition witnessing a well conducted election. After a series of confusions for the TAS post, the leader was elected in the most democratic way. With a majestic majority of 348 votes, Midulaj Safreen has risen again to continue his reign as the Science and Technology Affairs Secretary. The victory is ours, for believing in him, for standing together for electing the righteous leader, for the college, for the proper conduct of the college's most nurtured and awaited 'Tathva'.

With less than 24 hrs left for the election, this is the time of unrest as the entire student community falls into a state of anxiousness. It is at this time that we are most vulnerable to false accusations and propaganda’s. We the united strongly believe that the truth will always triumph and that no hard work will ever go unrecognized.

Today's meet the candidiate programme held at the Auditorium. Both the candidates spoke about their views and ideologies, and it was an opportunity for the neutrals to judge both of them and evaluate their capabilities to a limited extent.

A society survives only when each and every individual has a leader to look upto, a leader who raises his voice for us, who sees and understands the needs of his society, who brings out the difference in you!

Promises are not to be made but to be kept. The United have approached various sectors of the student community to find out what is the difference they wish to see in our college. With these in mind, we The United crafted out our ultimate tool, the Manifesto. Our manifesto consists of more than just mere promises, it contains the difference we the entire student community have wished to bring in our campus.

The United decided to take Safreen Speaks up a notch by providing an interactive session for the first years at their hostels as part of SAFREEN SPEAKS, Episode 02 so they can personally interact with the candidate and see firsthand the capabilities of Midulaj Safreen and how he can bring the difference the student community wishes to make.

SAFREEN SPEAKS

As the days for the elections approach, every person in the student community is bestowed upon with a power. A power to bring changes, power to make a difference, the power called “a vote” as the saying goes “with great power comes great responsibility” this power is entrusted upon us the student community under the belief that we will use it responsibly i.e., vote for the worthy candidate.

At “Safreen Speaks” an initiative undertaken by we The United, our candidate Midulaj Safreen will interact with the student community in person. Safreen speaks provides an equal platform for all to raise their concerns and queries for the welfare of our college and our candidate Midulaj Safreen will explain the steps and measures he will undertake to make sure the power of your vote will bring the difference you wish to make.
