കഴിഞ്ഞ 3 വർഷമായി ഈ കൃഷി തുടരുന്നവരായിരിക്കണം.
മണ്ണ്, ജലസേചനം, പോഷക പരിപാലനം, മികച്ച കൃഷിരീതികൾ എന്നിവ പാലിച്ചിരിക്കണം.

3) വനിതാ കർഷക വിഭാഗം – പച്ചക്കറി കൃഷി
പുരസ്കാരം: ₹1,00,000

അർഹത:
ഒരേ സ്ഥലത്ത് കുറഞ്ഞത് അര ഏക്കർ വിസ്തൃതിയിൽ ഏതെങ്കിലും പച്ചക്കറി കൃഷി ചെയ്യുന്ന വനിതാ കർഷകയായിരിക്കണം.
കഴിഞ്ഞ 3 വർഷമായി പച്ചക്കറി കൃഷി ചെയ്തുവരണം.

Report on Khet Bachao Abhiyan Awareness and Rainy Season Vegetable Cultivation Training held at Perambra on 24.6.2026

On June 24, 2026, ICAR–Krishi Vigyan Kendra (KVK), Calicut, in association with Krishi Bhavan, Perambra, Department of Agriculture, Kozhikode, organised an awareness programme on Khet Bachao Abhiyan and off-campus training on rainy season vegetable cultivation at Perambra. Implemented under the guidance of the Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR), the programme aimed to sensitise the farming community to the importance of sustainable soil health management and balanced fertilizer use to prevent soil degradation and ensure long-term agricultural productivity. In addition, recent advances in vegetable crop production technology were emphasized during the sessions.

Dr. P. S. Manoj, Subject Matter Specialist (Horticulture), ICAR–Krishi Vigyan Kendra, Calicut, delivered the technical sessions on these subjects. Mrs.Anjali Hari, ADA, Perambra and Mr.Nissam Ali, Agricultural Officer, Krishi Bhavan, Perambra also addressed the farmers. The training focused closely on key aspects of soil health management, particularly emphasizing the role of bio-fertilizers and the adoption of scientifically recommended fertilizer application practices. Appropriate crop management strategies for the Kharif season were also discussed in detail. Furthermore, participants learned about the successful technologies demonstrated in the NICRA village and their potential for wider adoption under local farming conditions.

To facilitate the adoption of these improved agricultural technologies, the participating farmers were also briefed on the various subsidy and support schemes available under the Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers’ Welfare, Government of India. A total of 46 farmers, mobilised by Krishi Bhavan, Perambra, Kozhikode, actively participated in the programme. At the conclusion of the event, essential agricultural inputs, including vegetable seeds and Trichoderma, were distributed to the participants to encourage the immediate adoption of the recommended technologies and practices at the field level.

KVK, IISR in association with Krishi Bhavan Chakkittapara conducted awareness swminar on Khet Bachao and live steaming of 23rd installement release of PM Kisan Samman Nidhi. The programme was inaugurated by Shri Subash Thomas, Chairman, Cocka Team FPO, Perambra. Farmers Shri Ayyapan, Pannikottur; Shri Ganesh Babu, Piyolli; Smt Janaki, Chakkitapara are felicitated.
Presided the event and expert class on Natrual Farming was handled by Dr P. Ratha krishnan, Head, KVK. Chakkittapara Krishi Assistants KN Vineetha and Smt Beena MC felicitated the event. Dr Sajeesh, Scientist from IISR, Kozhikode welcomed the gathering while Dr B. Pradeep, SMS deliveded vote of thanks. About 200 farmers from Chakkitapara, Chengaruth, Perambra, Baluserey, Piyyoli, Vadakara, Kuttiyadi, Kayana, Kurachundu, Atholi and Kozhikode were participated and distributed with vegetable seed, seedlings, Jeevamirtham and micronutrient mixture.

പ്രകൃതി കൃഷി സെമിനാര്‍ സംഘടിപ്പിച്ചു
ഖേത് ബജാവോ അഭിയാന്‍റെ ഭാഗമായി ഭാരതീയ കിസാന്‍ മോര്‍ച്ചയുടെ ആഭിമുഖ്യത്തില്‍ “പ്രകൃതി കൃഷിയും മണ്ണ് സംരക്ഷണവും” എന്ന വിഷയത്തില്‍ ഏകദിന സെമിനാര്‍ സംഘടിപ്പിച്ചു. കോഴിക്കോട് ജില്ലയുടെ വിവിധ ഭാഗങ്ങളില്‍ നിന്നായി ഇരുന്നൂറോളം കര്‍ഷകര്‍ പങ്കെടുത്ത പരിപാടിയില്‍ കെവികെ ഹെഡ് ഡോ. പി രാതാ കൃഷ്ണന്‍ അധ്യക്ഷത വഹിച്ചു. സ്പൈസസ് ബോര്‍ഡ്‌ വൈസ് ചെയര്‍മാന്‍ ശ്രീ ഷാജി രാഘവന്‍ ഉദ്ഘാടനം ചെയ്തു. കിസാന്‍ മോര്‍ച്ച പ്രതിനിധി ശ്രീ ഒ പി ദിലീപന്‍, രാംദാസ് മണലേരി, ഭാരതീയ സുഗന്ധവിള ഗവേഷണ കേന്ദ്രം പ്രിന്‍സിപ്പല്‍ സയന്റിസ്റ്റ് ഡോ. ശംസുദ്ധീന്‍, കായണ്ണ കൃഷി ഓഫീസര്‍ അമല്‍ എസ് എസ് തുടങ്ങിയവര്‍ സംസാരിച്ചു. ഡോ കെ എം പ്രകാശ്‌, ഡോ കെ കെ കെ ഐശ്വര്യ എസ്.എം.എസ്, കെവികെ, ശ്രീ വി കെ സിദ്ധിഖ് പ്രകൃതി കൃഷി കര്‍ഷക പ്രതിനിധി എന്നിവര്‍ ക്ലാസ്സെടുത്തു. സെമിനാറിനോടനുബന്ധിച്ച് കാര്‍ഷിക രംഗത്തെ വിവിധ സാങ്കേതിക വിദ്യകള്‍ പ്രദര്‍ശിപ്പിക്കുന്ന എക്സിബിഷനും ഒരുക്കിയിരുന്നു. കര്‍ഷകര്‍ക്ക് തൈകള്‍, ജീവാമൃതം, ട്രൈക്കോഡര്‍മ്മ, പച്ചക്കറി വിത്തുകള്‍ തുടങ്ങിയവ വിതരണം ചെയ്തു.
