Langate, : The members of Langate Welfare Committee today congratulated the newly elected President of Sumo Stand Langate on his victory in the Sumo Stand elections.

On this occasion, members of the Welfare Committee held a detailed discussion with him regarding various issues pertaining to the Sumo Stand, including passenger convenience, driver welfare, proper management of the stand and public service.

The Welfare Committee assured full support and cooperation to the newly elected body for the betterment and development of Langate. The Committee expressed hope that the new President will work with honesty, unity and dedication

*MLA Langate Jinab Khursheed Ahmad Sheikh along with Ex Chairman Shahnawaz Abdullah (MCL) Visits Ongoing Work Sites at Langate Town*

*Langate, August 20:* MLA Langate, Jinab Khursheed Ahmad Sheikh Sahib, today conducted an extensive tour of Langate town to take stock of ongoing developmental works.

During the visit, the MLA inspected various work sites including Construction of Zepo Complex, drainage , tiling of lanes, Construction of new roads, and solid waste management works being executed by the R&B Division Langate

He interacted with locals and officials on the spot and directed the concerned agencies to ensure quality work and timely completion of all projects. He said beautification of town, proper drainage system and cleanliness remain his priority for Langate town

People from different mohallas met the MLA and put forth their grievances regarding water supply, lanes and street lights. Sheikh Khursheed patiently listened to them and assured prompt redressal through appropriate channels.

This is in continuation of his proactive approach towards constituency development, especially reviewing on-site works in his constituency.

Locals appreciated the visit and expressed hope that the ongoing works will be completed within the stipulated time.
