Recently Hon'ble MoS Forest visited Mirik under Kurseong Forest Division and went for a walk in Phuguri ecotourism spot. Stayed at the newly built Mirik Forest rest house.
At the event our Nandlal jote JFMC President handed over a packet of rice and appreciation letter for the forest department's work to Hon'ble MoS madam.

Today, 45 ACF trainees from CASFOS forest training academy, Dehradun visited Kurseong forest division at Panighatta Riverfront Ecopark.

They were apprised of various activities undertaken by Kurseong division such as Elephant management, eco tourism, animal rescue, forest protection, JFMC activities etc.

They appreciated the unique initiatives of Kurseong Forest Division.
