यूपी रेरा मुख्यालय के फर्नीचर के लिए EOI आमंत्रित

उत्तर प्रदेश रियल एस्टेट रेगुलेटरी अथॉरिटी (UP RERA) द्वारा लखनऊ स्थित मुख्यालय भवन में कार्यालय फर्नीचर की डिजाइन, निर्माण एवं स्थापना के लिए अनुभवी फर्नीचर निर्माताओं/अधिकृत डीलरों से Expression of Interest (EOI) आमंत्रित किए गए हैं।

इच्छुक संस्थाएं मुख्यालय भवन का निरीक्षण कर अपनी कार्यात्मक आवश्यकताओं के अनुरूप फर्नीचर डिजाइन, लेआउट, तकनीकी एवं सामग्री संबंधी विवरण, कैटलॉग तथा पूर्व कार्यों का विवरण प्रस्तुत कर सकती हैं।

📅 EOI जमा करने की अंतिम तिथि: 27 अगस्त 2026
⏰ समय: शाम 5:00 बजे तक

प्राप्त प्रस्तावों के आधार पर यूपी रेरा द्वारा आगामी खुली निविदा के लिए अंतिम तकनीकी विनिर्देश एवं डिजाइन आवश्यकताएं निर्धारित की जाएंगी।

Addressing a real estate industry gathering, UP RERA Chairman Shri Sanjay Bhoosreddy underlined the Authority's balanced approach towards regulation. He said that while the RERA Act gives greater protection to homebuyers, UP RERA is committed to ensuring justice for all stakeholders, including promoters, real estate agents, financial institutions and consumers.

He highlighted that Uttar Pradesh continues to witness rapid urbanisation and increasing demand for quality housing. In this context, UP RERA plays a vital role in encouraging investment, facilitating the development of quality housing stock and ensuring timely resolution of disputes among promoters, homebuyers and real estate agents.

The Chairman also stressed the importance of due diligence by homebuyers before purchasing property and encouraged all stakeholders to work together towards building a transparent, responsible and sustainable real estate ecosystem in Uttar Pradesh.

UP RERA Protects Homebuyers’ GST Refund Rights

If you have paid excess GST while purchasing a property, you may now be eligible to claim a refund.

UP RERA, in consultation with the State Tax Department, has issued clear guidelines and a simplified mechanism to ensure that homebuyers receive refunds of excess GST collected by promoters. Registered promoters have been directed to strictly adhere to the prescribed GST rates and refund any excess amount collected, as per applicable provisions.

UP-RERA is committed to strengthening transparency and accountability in the real estate sector.

To ensure strict compliance with the provisions of the RERA Act, UP-RERA has issued Show Cause Notices to 76 real estate projects for failing to upload their mandatory Annual Audit Reports for the financial year 2024–25.

Annual audit reports are essential for maintaining financial transparency, protecting homebuyers' interests, and promoting responsible project management.

Promoters are advised to submit the pending audit reports within the stipulated time to avoid: ✔️ Late Fee of ₹25,000 ✔️ Penalty of up to 5% of the estimated project cost in case of continued non-compliance.

उत्तर प्रदेश में नियोजित शहरी विकास को नई गति मिल रही है।

यूपी रेरा द्वारा आयोजित 204वीं प्राधिकरण बैठक में ₹2,285.68 करोड़ से अधिक निवेश वाली 14 नई रियल एस्टेट परियोजनाओं को स्वीकृति प्रदान की गई है। इन परियोजनाओं के माध्यम से सात जिलों में लगभग 3,548 आवासीय एवं व्यावसायिक इकाइयों का विकास किया जाएगा।

लखनऊ में सर्वाधिक सात परियोजनाओं को मंजूरी मिली है, जबकि गाजियाबाद में सर्वाधिक ₹998.23 करोड़ का निवेश दर्ज किया गया है। इन परियोजनाओं से बेहतर आवासीय सुविधाओं, आधुनिक व्यावसायिक अवसंरचना, रोजगार सृजन तथा राज्य की आर्थिक गतिविधियों को महत्वपूर्ण बढ़ावा मिलेगा।
