Plant Biotechnologist & Academic Leader
Dr. Sanjoy Kumar Dhar is a distinguished academic leader and researcher with over 13 years of experience in teaching, institutional governance, and plant biotechnology. He earned his Ph.D. in Biotechnology from Chandigarh University, India, in 2024, focusing his doctoral research on translational bioprospecting and resilient plant-microbe interactions.
Currently, Dr. Dhar serves as the Principal of Banophool Adibashi Green Heart College, where he oversees academic administration, faculty mentoring, and the development of innovative, inclusive curricula.
Alongside his leadership role, he contributes to higher education as an Assistant Professor (Adjunct Faculty), Department of Microbiology at the Bangladesh University of Health Sciences, specializing in Molecular Biology and Microbiology.

Scientific Contributions: He has authored over 12 publications, including high-impact research in Nature Scientific Reports and Plants regarding crop yield and salinity tolerance.
Strategic Collaborations: He is currently collaborating with the Bangladesh Rice Research Institute (BRRI) on a research proposal to utilize native PGPB endophytes from BRRI dhan89 for enhanced crop productivity and climate resilience.
