Student ki graduation (average)22 ki age me poori ho jati h fr bhi wo job 30 ke age ke bad hi start krta h.. reason?? 🙄🤔GOVT JOBS..

Ak b.tech passed person govt peon ki job Kyu krta h ....
Kya peon ki job krne me science ke formulas itna use hota h ?🙄

Aise many examples h ...hme bachpan se Force Kiya jata h ..By relative..By parents.. By society ...ki agr hme govt job nhi mili to hme nalayak smjhenge bekar samjhenge .nakara smjhenge ...
Kisiko apke dreams se koi mtlb nhi hota ....

Kuch achee Post (like IAS PCS Engineer etc ) ko chhod kr aisa koi govt job nhi h jise krne ke liye kisi ka dream ho and kisi ne bchpn se usi ke respect me study ki ho ...sb graduation ke bad apni sabhi pichli education ko waste man KR us govt job ki tyari only achi income or job lgne ke bad Kam na krna pde isiliye hi krte h ....or ye kdwa Sach h .....

So GOVT JOBS HMARE society ka aisa Disease h Jo hmari country ko kabhi aage nhi bdne dega ...
becoz isiki wjh se hi hmare youth kabhi bhi apna focus apne talent ki trf nhi rkhta ...

The biggest example h Respected Ms Dhoni ...unhe bhi govt job krne ke liye hi Force Kiya gya tha agr wo wahin rh jate to Kya hmare country ko koi MS DHONI milta ....
Hmare desh me aise Crores talent h BT in SB ko ak hi bimari ne pkda hua h wo h.
i.e. GOVT JOB ...

Hme is bimari ko jd se ukhad fekna h so that ane wale time me Govt job bhi normal job ho jise jb mrji join kro jb mrji resign kro and hme koi force na kre ske apna future rollout krne ke liye ...

No doubt their are a lot of other reason also BT all these reasons are due to external factors..

Let's clear...
Kya koi bhi GOVT ..Pure India ko Govt Job de skti h ?

Ans:- nhi kabhi nhi de skti chahe aap jitne mrji govt change krlo.becoz agr govt aisa krna bhi chahegi tb bhi possible nhi h ... otherwise world trade , privatization,globalization in SB ka Kya hoga ...

Jb Pure India ko AP Govt Job nhi de skte to :-

itna inequality Kyu?
Itni discremination Kyu?
GOVT JOB and Pvt jobs me itna GAP Kyu?

Kya Pvt teachers ki knowledge govt teachers se km h ?
Kya Pvt bank employees Govt employees se km Kam krte h
Kya pvt employees kisi Govt employees se km talented and knowledgeable hote h ?

Ans:- nhi , infect Pvt employees ki service , knowledge, ethical behavior, morality SB kuch Govt employees se 100 times better hoti h 🙏

To fr Govt jobs and Pvt jobs ke beech me itna GAP Kyu?
Itna salary Gap Kyu?
Job security Kyu?
In sabhi Gap ke wjh se hi ...ak tuition pda ke 35000 pm kmane Wala person bhi apne apko unemployed hi khta h ...
Ak shopkeeper Jo month me achi income bhi earn krta h wo bhi apne AP ko unemployed hi smjhta h ..
And so on..

we need privatization in job service

Ab India me govt jobs ko khtm krna hi hoga ....inki ki service l*l and salary full ...ak tuchhi si position Wala bhi apne AP ko prime minister smjhta h ....ab inhe inki aukat dikhani hi pdegi ....

na inhe bolne ki tameej hoti h na kaam krne ka sahi tareeka ...
Bcoz they are never done any work in 1st visit..
Infect..
In 1st visit:- they tell us about their timing.
2nd visit:- they mention us about our mistakes.
3rd visit:- they say, plz wait
4th visit:- wait ...and so on....
Aur inko salary chahiye HiFi 😠🖕
