Mahavir Compound, Matunga, Mumbai Residents Legal homes were demolished by Satra Properties by hook or by crook. Work of Mahavir Compound stopped from almost a year.

New Limited Liability Partnership's firms created.

The Transit Rents have been stopped over six months now and due to lockdown, many Mahavir Compound families are going through stressful condition unable to bear Mumbai High Rentals.

Will System take any stringent action and help in getting our Transit Rents and rightful Flats. Hoping system is still alive, vibrant under PM Narendra Modi for common man and will respond?

Or least offer us as sacrifice to Godfather Builders, so that they can enjoy a feast !

Our middle class flats in CS 534 Matunga, Mumbai 19 Mahavir Compound were bought with hard earned money , but in name of redevelopment encroached upon by with corrupt system hands in gloves.
Mahavir Compound consisting of 6 buildings was sold by Hirji Bhojraj Public Charitable Trust to Satra Properties.
Our Rents have been stopped and even work been stopped from past few months.
Aren't such Builders carrying law in their pockets corrupting the system with money power ???
One of the news article where Satra Developers Pvt Ltd also benefited from the scam in Bandra SRA as mentioned in the news article.

Unable to trace Satra properties in Andheri office ?
1. Our rightful shelter bought with hard earned money was been taken away by the corruption in the system. Our property in a way encroached in name of redevelopment
2. Many proud tax payers of Mahavir Compound Matunga Mumbai now very soon may be unable to pay you tax as transit rents too have been stopped from last few months despite having regd agreements. Leaving work will have to run from one place to other department.
How many will be able to sustain the Mumbai Rents ?
