Thakur Madhorai committee, Haripur planted around 500 deodar trees in Somvan forest.The committee has planned a week long plantation campaign with a target of 1500 saplings to be planted.Many villagers voluntarily participated in this campaign. Looks like Manali is all geared to increase the green cover exponentially. Many NGO's and volunteers have been carrying out excellent work in the field of afforestation. Manali keep up the good work and sustain the momentum...

मोहन सिंह जी ,सब इंस्पेकटर एवं इंचार्ज ,राष्ट्रीय हरित प्राधिकरण द्वारा स्थापित गुलाबा बैरियर, ने एक गंभीर चोट लगे कुत्ते को सहारा दिया एवं रोज इस बेसहारा कुत्ते के घावों को साफ किया व मनाली स्टरैस के स्वयसेवियों के निर्देशानुसार इसकी पूरी देखभाल की एवं ज़रूरी प्रतिजीवी दवाईयां भी दी | मोहन सिंह जी के इस सेवा की वजह से यह कुत्ता आज बिलकुल सकुशल है | मोहन सिंह जी के इस निस्सवार्थ सेवा के लिए उनका बहुत बहुत आभार और आशा करते हैं कि बाकी लोग भी उनसे प्रेरित होंगे व बेजुबानों के लिए कुछ करने के लिए जागरुक होंगे | धन्यवाद एवं सुरक्षित रहेँ | # straysinmanali
