🚨 The Mandi Police PO Cell Team has arrested a Proclaimed Offender on 23.08.2026 from Rajiv Colony, Panchkula (Haryana).

The accused, Ved Prakash @ Jiwan Lal, a resident of District Sangrur, Punjab, had been declared a Proclaimed Offender by the Ld. Sessions Judge, Mandi, on 07.09.2011 in connection with FIR No. 06/2007 dated 02.01.2007, under Sections 20 of the ND&PS Act, Police Station Sadar, District Mandi (HP).

⏳ The case may be old, but Mandi Police never forgets. Years may pass, but the law continues to pursue those who evade justice.

🚨 Mandi Police PO Cell Achieves Another Success 🚨

The PO Cell Team of Mandi Police has successfully arrested a Proclaimed Offender (PO), namely Kalia, resident of Bhiuli, Mandi, on 19.08.2026 from the Bhiuli area of Mandi.

The accused had been declared a Proclaimed Offender by the Ld. JMFC Court No. 2, Mandi on 23.03.2026 in connection with FIR No. 41/2016 dated 11.02.2016 registered at Police Station Sadar, Mandi under sections 341, 323, 34 of IPC.

Mandi Police remains committed to tracing and apprehending proclaimed offenders and ensuring that absconders are brought before the court of law.
