I was honoured to attend the Felicitation Ceremony of Taal Nritya Groups, organised by Shri Sakhleshwar Vithal Rakhumai Trust, Bandirwaddo, as a guest. I sincerely thank the organisers and all the trust members for their warm invitation and hospitality.

I was joined by special invitees Adv. Suhasini S. Govekar, former Sarpanch of Anjuna Village Panchayat; Parvati M. Nagvekar, Congress Block President, Siolim; Prachi Jugal Gaad, Dialysis Technician at Vision Hospital, Mapusa; and Soniya Shrisagar Naik, Deputy Sarpanch of Assagao.

North Goa & Mhadei District Congress Committees held a protest at Azad Maidan, Panaji, concerning the FIR registered against LoP Shri Rahul Gandhi Ji and demanding due legal action regarding the Uttarakhand incident.

The alleged “purification” after Mallikarjun Kharge Ji’s rally in Uttarakhand is deeply unfortunate. India stands for equality, dignity and constitutional values.

The gathering highlighted the importance of justice, equality, constitutional values and democratic expression.

Democracy demands accountability. 🇮🇳
