आज *माननीय आयुष मंत्री, महानिदेशक महोदया एवं निदेशक महोदय के दिशा निर्देशन* साथ ही
*श्रीमान क्षेत्रीय आयुर्वेदिक एवं यूनानी अधिकारी*
*डॉ डिगम्बर सिंह मथुरा* के मार्ग दर्शन में आज *दिनांक *18/09/2026* को
*राजकीय आयुर्वेदिक चिकित्सालय,खामिनी* द्वारा *"आयुष आपके द्वार" के अंतर्गत ग्राम सतोहा, व ग्राम छाता (मथुरा )"* में *राजकीय प्राथमिक विद्यालय* में *निःशुल्क आउटरीच स्वास्थ्य परामर्श शिविर* का आयोजन किया गया। जिसमें *कुल 207 लाभार्थियों का स्वास्थ्य चिकित्सीय परामर्श, उपचार, प्रकृति परिक्षण तथा आयुर्वेदिक औषधियों का वितरण किया गया,एवं *संगोष्ठी* द्वारा
*डॉ ऋतु सांगवान चिकित्साधिकारी* ने
सभी *विद्यालय शिक्षक, शिक्षिकाओं आंगनबाड़ी महिलाओं व स्कूल के समस्त कर्मचारी को *23 सितंबर को 11वें आयुर्वेद दिवस* पूरे हर्षोल्लास के साथ मनाने के लिए प्रेरित भी किया।
*राजकीय प्राथमिक विद्यालय सतोहा, व छाता मथुरा उत्तरप्रदेश* *परिसर में संगोष्ठी* द्वारा
संतुलित आहार (Balanced Diet) और सही पोषण के प्रति जागरूक किया । कुपोषण को दूर करना और स्वास्थ्य में सुधार व अच्छे स्वास्थ्य के लिए जरूरी *पोषक तत्वों (प्रोटीन, विटामिन, खनिज आदि)* की जानकारी दी । *जंक फूड और तैलीय भोजन से दूर रहने तथा *पौष्टिक आहार* अपनाने के लिए आमजनता, बालक बालिकाओं, शिक्षक, शिक्षिकाओं को प्रेरित किया ।

The guidance of Hon'ble Minister of AYUSH, Director General and Director along with Mr. Regional Ayurvedic and Unani Officer
"AYUSH Your Door" by Government Ayurvedic Hospital, Khamini today under the guidance of Dr. Digambar Singh Mathura Under Village Satoha (Mathura) " A free outreach health camp was organized. In which a total of 102 beneficiaries were examined and medical advice and medicines were distributed and the seminar was made aware by Dr. Ritu Sangwan Medical Officer to the general public, devotees and patients.
And the medical officer extended the warm greetings of Ayurveda Day to all on the occasion of 11th Ayurveda Day through the seminar. On the occasion of 11th Ayurveda Day, we have gathered today for the theme *Ayurveda for a healthy future.
The very relevant theme for this year is "Ayurveda for a healthy future." (Ayurveda for a Healthier Tomorrow) ।
Ayurveda is not just a method of medicine, but it is a complete science of living that has been protecting our health for thousands of years.
The ancient verse says - "Healthy health protection, curiosity disorder mitigation."
The main objective of Ayurveda is to protect the health of the person who is healthy and to remove the disease of the patient.
Due to today's hectic life and unhealthy diet, diseases are increasing rapidly. At such times, if we want a healthy and happy future, we have to return to our ancient roots. Ayurveda teaches us how by adopting the right routine, balanced diet and yoga, we can avoid diseases.
The purpose of this health camp is also to spread the message of Ayurveda to every household. Let us all resolve today that we will adopt Ayurvedic habits in our lifestyle, take care of our environment and build a healthy and beautiful future.
