🌿 NSS Camp – Day 5 Highlights | GPC Mohali (Khunimajra) 🌿

Under the dynamic leadership of our worthy Principal Ms. Raksha Kiran, Day 5 of the NSS Camp at Government Polytechnic College, Mohali (Khunimajra) was dedicated to health, environment, and creativity.

The day started with a morning exercise session, encouraging students to embrace fitness and discipline as an integral part of life. 💪

Following that, NSS volunteers actively participated in a campus beautification drive led by Mr. Gurbakshish Singh, Mr. Barinder Partap Singh, and Dr. Ravinder Kumar — enhancing the green ambience of the campus and instilling a sense of environmental responsibility. 🌱

Later, a highly informative lecture on “Green Building” was delivered by Mr. Barinder Partap Singh, highlighting sustainable practices in modern construction and the importance of eco-friendly technologies in technical education. 🏗️💚

The day concluded with a vibrant cultural activity, where students showcased their talents and celebrated the spirit of unity, creativity, and service. 🎭✨

🌿 NSS Camp – Day 4 Highlights | GPC Mohali (Khunimajra) 🌿

Under the esteemed guidance of our worthy Principal Ms. Raksha Kiran, Day 4 of the ongoing NSS Camp at Government Polytechnic College, Mohali (Khunimajra) was filled with awareness, creativity, and inspiration.

The day began with an energizing morning session by Mr. Gurbakshish Singh, followed by a poster making competition on “Women Empowerment” led by Mr. Amandeep Singh and Dr. Sarabjit Kaur—encouraging students to express their vision for a more equitable society.

Later, our volunteers actively participated in awareness rallies on Women Empowerment and Gender Inequality —
🚩 At Santemajra, guided by Mr. Barinder Partap Singh, Mr. Paviter Singh, and Ms. Dinshaw Kataria.
🚩 At Khunimajra, under the leadership of Dr. Ravinder Kumar, Mr. Amandeep Singh, and Dr. Sarabjit Kaur.

The day concluded with a motivational lecture on Anti-Drug Awareness delivered by Mr. Amandeep Singh and Mr. Barinder Partap Singh, inspiring students to stand against substance abuse and build a healthier future.

🌟 NSS Camp Day 3 Highlights | Government Polytechnic College, Mohali (Khunimajra) 🌟

Day 3 of the ongoing NSS Camp at GPC Mohali, Khunimajra was filled with enthusiasm, energy, and a strong sense of social responsibility.

💃 The day began with a refreshing Aerobics Session conducted by Mr. Avinish, encouraging students to stay active and adopt a healthy lifestyle.

🧹 This was followed by a Campus Cleanliness Drive led by Mr. Parminder Singh Saini, Mr. Barinder Partap Singh, and Dr. Ravinder Kumar, where NSS volunteers actively participated to promote hygiene and a clean environment within the campus.

🤝 Mr. Gurbakshish Singh delivered a thought-provoking lecture on Social Service, inspiring students to contribute selflessly toward community upliftment.

🌿 NSS Camp Day 2 Highlights | Government Polytechnic College, Mohali (Khunimajra) 🌿

Day 2 of the NSS Camp at GPC Mohali, Khunimajra was a perfect blend of fitness, environmental awareness, and community spirit.

🧘‍♀️ The day began with an energizing Yoga Session led by Ms. Purnima Thareja, inspiring students to embrace mindfulness and physical well-being.

🌳 This was followed by a Tree Plantation Drive, reinforcing our collective commitment to a greener campus and a sustainable future.

🌱 Dr. Ravinder Kumar, NSS Program Officer Unit 1 and Ms. Divya Jyoti carried out a drive on “Protection and Upkeep of Trees” — emphasizing the importance of nurturing and maintaining planted trees beyond plantation drives.

🚨 Mr. Parminder Singh Saini, College's NSS Incharge engaged students through his session on “Environmental Conservation”, spreading awareness about safety and vigilance in the community.

🏅 The day concluded with sports activities coordinated by Mr. Barinder Partap Singh, NSS Program Officer Unit 2 and Dr. Anu Bala fostering teamwork, enthusiasm, and NSS spirit among volunteers.

🎯 NSS Camp – Inaugural Day Highlights | GPC Mohali, Khunimajra

The 7-day NSS Special Camp at Government Polytechnic College, Mohali (Khunimajra) commenced with great enthusiasm and purpose!

🌟 Day 1 Highlights:
✅ Inauguration Ceremony – The camp was formally inaugurated by our worthy Principal Ma’am, Ms. Raksha Kiran, who encouraged NSS volunteers to embody the spirit of selfless service and social responsibility.
✅ AIDS Awareness Lecture – A valuable session by Mr. Karan Singh from Samarath NGO sensitizing students about prevention, health awareness, and the importance of compassion toward those affected.
✅ AIDS Awareness Rally – Volunteers actively participated in an awareness rally across Santemajra and Khunimajra villages, spreading key messages on public health and responsibility.
✅ Cultural Activities – Students showcased their creativity through performances reflecting social themes and unity.

A seminar on Drug De-addiction was organised in Govt Polytechnic college Khunimajra (Mohali). Students were addressed by speakers Mrs. Chaffy Sachdeva and Dr. Ravinder Kumar. Madam Parveen Kaur was also present during the seminar and interacted with students. Madam Chaffy Sachdeva discussed the psychological aspects of release of dopamine on human body and how to overcome this. Speaker Dr. Ravinder Kumar discussed the symptoms of drug addicted person and strategies to address such issues. In the end Mr. Parminder Singh Saini Sr. Lecturer and Mr. Amandeep Singh, Lecturer concluded the seminar along with vote of thanks to students and speakers.
