River Research Institute, I&W Directorate Pioneer Institute of River Hydrology & Hydraulics, Soil Engineering, Water Chemistry and Statistics.

This Institute deals with mainly River Hydrology & Hydraulics, Geo- Engineering, Soil study and Statistical analysis of Hydrological data. Also River Model Study, Mathematical Model Study and Chemical analysis of soil and water. It also performs Hydrographic survey of different rivers dams, reservoirs using ADCP and sea beach profile survey too.
