"Remember that your mental health is priority, your inner peace is essential and your self care is necessity."
Sometimes we need to blow off steam to someone who will not judge us. It is preferable to reach out to someone who can aid you rather than bottle up your concerns and sentiments.
The path is long and full of hurdles, don't worry just look for counsel.
