The Single Tea
The story of tea begins in China. According to legend, the Chinese emperor was sitting beneath a tree while his servant boiled drinking water, when some leaves from the tree blew into the water and resulting drink was what we now call tea.

Tea as a brew is a coloured liquid which possesses a pleasing aroma and is a delicious and fragrant beverage taken hot or cold.
So,when given us an opportunity to create Single Ingredient Cocktail with
The Singleton Whisky.

I thought to use "Earl grey tea" which is one of the popular tea around the world and one of mine favourite tea .

The Chinese gentleman chose a perfumy, citrusy-sweet extract obtained from bergamot orange to create this tea which has a bit tangy and zesty character with aromatic nature and which goes well with,
The Singleton whisky which is generally described as smooth and fruity, as a result of the casks used and a combination of European oak ex-Sherry casks and American oak ex-Bourbon casks gives the whisky a perfectly balanced, smooth profile .

So here I Present

Granny's Cucurbita 🍹🥂

As Everyone in their childhood have heard the story of old Granny her clever daughter and the pumpkin. How pumpkin helped granny in forest from tiger and wolf and how she tackle them and reached her heritage safely.

Hence when I started making my cocktail i also thought to use pumpkin as heritage element for my this challenge which will help me to tackle & move forward ln this competition.

Here I begin with my heritage highball firstly I am going to use Johnnie Walker Black Label which is rich, complex and incredibly well-balanced spirit like the Granny of my story ,she very rich by heart , complex by her calmness and incredible by her smartness, as JW Black label give aromas of spice and raisin .
I am using Roasted Pumpkin shrub and Fews drops of Cinnamon infusion which help to shine my highball
as her daughter idea shine to helped her mother to reach her heritage &
last but not the least element of my cocktail i.e. Carbonated water which help me to complete my heritage highball.

As the pumpkin helped granny to reach her heritage , I m sure this same pumpkin will help me to reach my heritage high ball challenge.

लहानपणी एका रुपयाच्या पतंगाच्या मागे कित्येक किलोमीटर पळायचो,
कितीतरी ठेचा लागायच्या, जखमाही व्हायच्या ती पतंगसुद्धा आम्हाला वेड्यासारख पळवायची,
आज कळतंय ती पतंग नव्हती ते एक आव्हान होतं.
आनंदासाठी पळावं तर लागतच कारण तो दुकानात विकत नाही मिळत.
कदाचित हीच आयुष्याची खरी मॅरॅथॉन आहे
