Message from the All India Mahila Congress

Dear Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi Ji,

On behalf of the All India Mahila Congress, we extend our heartfelt birthday greetings to you on 17 September. We wish you good health and a long life.

At the same time, the All India Mahila Congress will observe 17 September as “Narendra Modi Anti-Women’s Day”, to draw attention to the concerns and hardships being faced by women across India.

Women continue to live in an environment where concerns about their safety remain serious. Women are also deeply hurt when those accused or convicted in cases of sexual violence receive protection, bail or parole. At the same time, rising inflation is placing a direct burden on women and families, with increasing prices of essential food items affecting household budgets.

The lack of adequate employment and livelihood opportunities for women is another major concern.

Women’s safety, rising prices and employment opportunities are three critical issues that demand urgent attention. Through this observance, the All India Mahila Congress will raise its voice for the rights, dignity, safety and economic empowerment of women across the country.

Once again, we extend our birthday greetings and wishes for your good health and long life.

Jai Hind 🇮🇳🙏
Warm regards,
All India Mahila Congress
Narendra Modi PMO India
