Varista is a private, non-residential senior citizens daytime center developed professionally by a group of committed doctors to provide our seniors a unique environment that shares, cares, respects and supports them in their daily life. Varista is ideal for seniors citizens who -
a) Live with someone who is frequently away from home
b) have children who no longer stay with them, leaving them lon
ely and isolated
c) suffering from a chronic disease or recovering from a serious illness. d) is isolated or depressed and would enjoy socializing and meeting peer group. e) have slow or restricted movements need basic nursing services
f) want to learn new hobbies or like social company
g) can no longer structure his or her own daily activities
h) can't be safely left alone at home
i) could be in the early stages of alzheimer's disease, recovering from paralysis etc. The center is well staffed with a team of qualified personnel dedicated to serve the needs of our members. The centre is headed by a Facility Head and assisted by a team of Activity Managers, Nurses, Facility Housekeepers and a Facility Host. The Varista team strives to ensure their daily participation at the centre and make every day an active and fun filled experience in a sharing and caring environment. Membership Plans
Centre is open* only for members Mon to Fri , with the following enrichment plans
Morning plan (9 am to 12.30 pm)
Evening plan (3.30 pm to 7 pm)
Half day plan (9 am-3.30 pm or 1.30pm-7 pm)
Full day plan (9 am to 7 pm)
Eligibility
Applicant must be over 65 years of age
Applicants using walking sticks or wheelchairs are welcome
