- BREAKING CREATING -

08th of November 2016 will definitely go down in History as one of the most significant dates in which brought about a sea of change the way view and - Thanks to our Hon. who has been truly instrumental in turning the wheel of 360 degrees .

Whilst faced challenges with the sudden change and accessibility to their own funds , what a lot of us failed to observe that like us there are also our fellow humans who are professionally tagged as " " and they too ( to a large extent) have been facing the heat - which i too have witnessed during my few visits to the bank branches here in wherein people used every possible method to get their requests adhered to - whether it was through a plead or through abuses or through uncalled for rude behaviour and being curt .

What caught my attention was the staff at ANDHRA BANK in LOKHANDWALA COMPLEX ( 3rd cross lane) who despite the strenous work load , odd working hours and the music to the ears (sic) from visiting public have maintained their calm and composure and managed to meet the ever increasing demands and requests of the Account holders time and again .

This of kindness and generosity and welcoming all with a SMILE ( that too a genuine one) warrants a mention which prompted me to pen this down and bring it to all of You who are reading it now . They truly deserve a mention - KUDOS to ANDHRA BANK - Mr , , and the Team.

Hope You continue to spread this smile and a sense of Satisfaction to all those who bank with Your ANDHRA BANK and we wish You continued growth , success and happiness .... BANKING the INDIAN WAY ------ Whilst i have penned several instances where PEOPLE have made a surreal difference in the lives of fellow Human beings here is also an example of how some people have added to the woes of the discerning public - Today the 15th of November 2016 i visited the INDIAN BANK Branch at 15:12 hrs IST ( Thats 3:12 in the afternoon) and what i witnessed was both Shocking and left me moist in my eyes ....A Tea vendor who supplies Tea to all the workers in the lOKHANDWALA COMPLEX Shops had come over to exchange his OLD 500/1000 currency notes as he had to pay off his Rent for his 3*4 hutment in which 3 others also stay with him and he would be asked to leave he place if he failed to pay an already overdue rent .He requested , begged and pleaded continuously to the Security Guard to let him alongwith a few other people who made similar requests to be let in so they could meet their daily expenses by either exchanging their OLD currency for NEW or Withdrawing some amount from their Bank account. The request however fell on DEAF ears and the Security guard slammed the shutter down on their faces to which i too was a mute witness . When i questioned the Security Officer of why were people being denied to enter and complete their banking needs he mentioned that the Bank was unable to attend to the requests as they had run out of money and the Bank was stipulated to work only till 3 pm ? ( which is Contrary to the Actual directive being meted out to all Banks from both the Government authorities and RBI. I would like to appeal to each and every INDIAN Citizen to get up and highlight the plight of those who have been a slave to the system of which a mockery is being meted out .It is both UNFORTUNATE and DISHEARTENING to see how we fail to be human and work without a conscience and blatantly flout Rules and Regulations which we so easily bend as per our own convenience . Hope someone out there is Reading and listening ( from either the Government Authorities or RBI ) and takes note of the current situation of how the Staff at Lokahndwala's INDIAN BANK Branch staff are functioning - A SORRY STATE OF AFFAIRS - Its TIME WE RAISE OUR VOICES and LET OUR VOICES BE HEARD - as a mere mention of INDIA being a Democratic country will remain a farce where the representative Bank - INDIAN BANK appears both callous and casual ---- Banks are meant to ease Business and NOT tease Business ethics of Banking !!!!!

AN ACT OF KINDNESS , A GESTURE OF GOODWILL & A TRUE SPIRIT OF ONENESS ........ OF ( COMPLEX BRANCH)

They say Every COIN has 2 sides and it was yet another experience that bears witness to this Truth.

Today we reached at about 3 in the afternoon at the OF COMPLEX BRANCH for what i'd define as the Current prima motive of every Indian - To exchange OLD notes of 500 and 1000 denomination with the new ones. I was pleasantly surprised and delighted to see how the Mrs BINA KUMBLE ( who features in the pictures herein) personally overlooking every aspect of the Banking process being facilitated for ever Bank customer without any prejudice or preference of the CLASSES and the MASSES . Additionally both mrs and her entire BANK Staff were extremely polite , calm and composed and went out of their way to ensure that people were put at ease and complete information w.r.t all Banking procedures and policies were being explained to one and all. This despite the fact that they had forsaken their Lunch and were only focussed towards ensuring Comfort and Convenience of one and all. We all take things for granted and usually feel that they were just doing their duty however when people like mrs BINA KUMBLE , Avniji and their entire Team work as a unit and strive towards looking after both their obvious and silent needs of their customers it definitely calls for a mention and being praise worthy. Here is to the of and may You @ OBC continue to provide .... KUDOS Mrs BINA KUMBLE ( BRANCH MANAGER - ORIENTAL BANK OF COMMERCE & her entire ). YOU Alll definitely deserve a PAT on the Back !!!!!

What's new in Lokhandwala is that despite various offerings from Hand cart Vegetable Vendors to Shops offering ( FRESH - Some even offering so called ORGANIC ) supplies You can now enjoy a TRI WEEKLY offering of the Freshest produce at remarkably lower prices at Lokhandwala's Back road just on the stretch of Joggers Park adjacent to the OBEROI SKY GARDEN entrance gate wherein every Sunday , Tuesday and Friday a Truck full of the freshest produce of Vegetables is sold starting 7 am till stocks last .

In the beginning days it attracted a minimal crowd however with passing time and word of mouth You will see Citizens from all walks of life rubbing shoulders to buy their weekly kitchen needs .( Have attached a few pictures for You to gauge the REALITY)
