*Good News* !

Yesterday, along with a few members, I met Mr. Sunil Rathod, the Chief Development Officer, at his BMC Fort office with a prior appointment to discuss the issue of the reserved plot for RG at Saibaba Complex, Goregaon West.

Mr. Rathod informed us that he is fully aware of the problem and has gone through all our grievances and letters, which were forwarded to him by the various departments we had approached during our fight for the plot.

We had a detailed discussion, and the outcome is very positive. He has assured us that the plot will be handed over and will be opened to the public after the construction of a BMC garden at the earliest. This assurance comes from the highest authority, and it stands as a significant achievement of our consistent and collective efforts.
