He joined the congress party in 1974 and has come up a hard way. He became the presid

ent of Hyderabad city congress committee in 2001. As the President of Hyderabad City Congress Committee, he has been striving for unity among the party functionaries under the dynamic leadership of Smt.Sonia Gandhi ji. As a person who has lived the life of a commoner, he is highly sympathetic to the daily problems of a common man and has been in the forefront to protest on issues like drinking water scarcity, hike in electricity charges, etc.,

As a person who has inherited the true legacy of the Congress party, he has been striving for the welfare of the backward classes and downtrodden by providing shelter and employment to the needy. He believes in the lofty ideals of Dr Baba Saheb Ambedkar and has been instrumental in spreading his message to the masses. As a person interested in the well-being of people, he has been organizing several camps for blood donation, health check-ups, eye camps, anna danams, etc.,

On several occasions, he had taken active participation in flood relief operations in coastal districts by mobilizing food and clothing items for flood victims. In a nutshell Shri.Yadav is a non-controversial achiever in public life.
