एक मासूम जिससे जबरन पैसे मांगने पर न देने के कारण उसपे SC/ST act लगा और बीस साल तक जेल में बंद रखा गया|

उसके मां बाप का हार्ट अटैक से मौत हो गया या मार दिया गए

उसके पास कुछ नहीं बचा, एक इंसान की जीवन इस कानून के लिए इतनी सस्ती है क्या?

Why are BLOs in India being driven to su***de?
Who is pressuring them? Anyone responsible for mentally harassing these officers must face the strictest punishment under the law. No one in this country—no matter their position—has the right to torture or threaten another person.

Every case of BLO su***de must be thoroughly investigated. Those who misused their power, forced them into stress, or pushed them toward such tragic decisions must be identified and punished. If the law permits the maximum penalty, it should be applied.

Such officials must be suspended immediately and held fully accountable for their actions.

भारत में BLO आत्महत्या करने पर क्यों मजबूर हो रहे हैं?
उन्हें कौन-कौन दबाव डाल रहा है? जो भी अधिकारी या व्यक्ति मानसिक रूप से प्रताड़ित कर रहा है, उसे कानून के तहत सबसे कठोर सज़ा मिलनी चाहिए। इस देश में किसी को भी—चाहे वह किसी भी पद पर हो—किसी को मानसिक यातना देने या धमकाने का अधिकार नहीं है।

हर BLO की आत्महत्या के मामले की गहन जाँच होनी चाहिए। जिन लोगों ने अपने पद का दुरुपयोग करके उन्हें मानसिक तनाव में धकेला या ऐसी दुखद स्थिति तक पहुँचाया, उनकी पहचान कर उन्हें कड़ी से कड़ी सज़ा दी जानी चाहिए। यदि कानून अधिकतम दंड की अनुमति देता है, तो उसे अवश्य लागू किया जाना चाहिए।

ऐसे अधिकारियों को तत्काल निलंबित किया जाए और उनके खिलाफ कठोर कार्रवाई हो।
