“Health and Family welfare Department Employees House building co-operative society Ltd” is formed in the year of 1987 having its registered office at Irwin Road, Mysore. The society was registered on 17-03-1987 at Mysore. The registration number is AR/41/MKT/RGN/12239/86-87. Society was formed by the state government employees of Health and Family Welfare Department. The objective of forming the

society is to fulfill the house building needs of its members. The society has successfully completed two residential projects at Sathagalli and Ramanahalli Village in Mysore city. After completion of the residential projects in Mysore, Society decided to expand its operations to other parts of Karnataka now. Expansion:
Society has got the expansion of the operation area though the order of the Co-Operative Registrar’s Court Ali Asgar Road based on the appeal number RCS/DAP/D.1/13/2011-12 and dated 13-04-2012. After expansion of operational area of the society, society can acquire land and form layouts in the following districts: Bangalore Urban, Bangalore Rural, Ramanagar, Kolar, Chickaballapur, Tumkur, Chitradurga, Mandya, Mysore, Chamarajanagara, Kodagu, South Canara, Udupi, Hassan and Chickamagalur.
