In addition, Amita has trained Engineering, MBA and other Graduates in the Job Search Process. She has also trained students in top Institutions from Bangalore and Mumbai. Amita is a B.E. Computer Science from Government Engineering College, Aurangabad. Their experience in corporate as well as academic institutions has led them to create 2 unique programs for Job Seekers – Job Search Saarthi & Career Boost. Job Search Saarthi is a unique program, it equips the Fresher with Tools and Techniques needed to do a job search. The program guides the Job seeker through a step by step process of Job Search and in each step, helps them to identify their individual Job Search Strategy. It also helps Job Seekers in identifying their strengths and weaknesses and build upon their strengths. Career Boost Program is targeted towards those Job Seekers who first need to be polished in terms of their Language fluency, Communication skills, Social & Business Etiquettes, overall personality development and presentation skills. English language has evolved to be a global language and hence very essential for Job Search and Career Growth. Without these, it is futile to even begin a Job Search Process. According to Amita Mulay, who is the lead trainer for these programs “Today, with the advent of technology and social networking, new avenues have opened up for Job Search. Job Seekers are not aware of these avenues and waste a lot of time committing easily avoidable mistakes. The abundance of information on the internet further confuses a fresher. He / She feels lost and this results in an inefficient Job Search.
