दिनांक 03 जून 2026 को WCL के निदेशक तकनीकी (योजना/परियोजना) श्री संदीप परांजपे ने वणी नार्थ क्षेत्र का दौरा कर उन्होंने कोलार पिंपरी, उकनी तथा पिंपलगांव खदान के खनन कार्य का निरीक्षण किया।

निरीक्षण के दौरान उन्होंने उत्पादन एवं उत्पादकता को विस्तार देने हेतु संबंधित अधिकारियों को यथोचित दिशा निर्देश दिए। साथ ही, उन्होंने मानसून पूर्व तैयारी का जायजा लेते हुए सुरक्षित तरीके से कार्य करने पर विशेष जोर दिया।

इस अवसर पर WCL मुख्यालय से पधारे अधिकारी श्री नितिन सेन, टीएस टू डीटी, श्री ए पी सिंग, महाप्रबंधक (उत्पादन), श्री एस एम मिश्रा, क्षेत्रीय महाप्रबंधक, वणी नार्थ क्षेत्र, विभागाध्यक्ष एवं क्षेत्र के अधिकारीगण उपस्थित थे।

WCL ने अपने विधि विभाग की प्रमुख विधिक पत्रिका एवं इन-हाउस मैगज़ीन "विधिकिरण" के तृतीय संस्करण का लोकार्पण किया। इस प्रकाशन का औपचारिक विमोचन डॉ. हेमंत शरद पांडे, अध्यक्ष-सह-प्रबंध निदेशक, WCL द्वारा श्री बिक्रम घोष, निदेशक (वित्त एवं मानव संसाधन), श्री आनंदजी प्रसाद, निदेशक (तकनीकी/संचालन), श्री संदीप प्रांजपे, निदेशक (तकनीकी/परियोजना एवं योजना) तथा श्री अजय मधुकर म्हेत्रे, मुख्य सतर्कता अधिकारी, WCL की गरिमामयी उपस्थिति में किया गया। विधिकिरण का नवीन संस्करण विधिक ज्ञान के आदान-प्रदान के लिए एक महत्वपूर्ण मंच के रूप में अपनी भूमिका को आगे बढ़ाता है। इसमें खनन क्षेत्र एवं कॉर्पोरेट गवर्नेंस से संबंधित महत्वपूर्ण विधिक विषयों पर आधारित विचारोत्तेजक लेख, ऐतिहासिक न्यायिक निर्णय, केस स्टडी तथा विधि क्षेत्र की नवीनतम जानकारियाँ सम्मिलित हैं। यह पत्रिका ज्ञान-आधारित सुशासन, विधिक जागरूकता एवं संस्थागत उत्कृष्टता के प्रति WCL की प्रतिबद्धता को प्रतिबिंबित करती है। साथ ही, यह संगठन की सक्रिय विधिक पहलों तथा आधुनिक वाद प्रबंधन (Litigation Management) की दिशा में किए जा रहे प्रयासों को भी रेखांकित करती है।

Western Coalfields Limited (WCL) has officially inaugurated its World Environment Day Week celebrations across all its Areas and Headquarters on 01-06-2026. The inaugural event was held in the presence of the Chairman-cum-Managing Director (CMD), Director (Technical/Operations), Director (Technical/Planning & Projects), Director (Finance), Director (Human Resources), and Heads of Departments (HODs).

A variety of activities are being organized throughout the week, including children's drawing competitions, slogan, essay and quiz contests, environmental awareness rallies, plantation drives, and distribution of saplings.

This year's celebrations focus on urgent climate action, highlighting the pressing need for collective efforts to combat climate change and build a sustainable future for generations to come.

WCL मुख्यालय, नागपुर में आज दिनांक 01 जून 2026 को भूमि अधिग्रहण के एवज में विभिन्न क्षेत्रों के कुल 74 भू-आश्रितों (PAPs) को रोजगार नियुक्ति पत्र प्रदान किए गए। मुख्यालय में आयोजित नियुक्ति पत्र वितरण समारोह में WCL के अध्यक्ष-सह-प्रबंध निदेशक डॉ. हेमंत शरद पांडे, निदेशक (वित्त एवं मानव संसाधन) श्री बिक्रम घोष तथा निदेशक तकनीकी (परियोजना एवं योजना) श्री संदीप परांजपे के मुख्य आतिथ्य में कार्यक्रम आयोजित हुआ । इस अवसर पर WCL की संचालन समिति के सदस्य श्री शिवकुमार यादव, श्री आशीष मूर्ति, श्री एस. एच. बेग तथा श्री एस. आर. गबाले भी विशेष रूप से उपस्थित रहे। समारोह के दौरान संचालन समिति की ओर से श्री शरद धाण्डे ने अपने विचार व्यक्त करते हुए नव-नियुक्त भू-आश्रितों को शुभकामनाएं दीं तथा उन्हें अपनी जिम्मेदारियों का निष्ठापूर्वक निर्वहन करने के लिए प्रेरित किया। कार्यक्रम के अंत में सभी चयनित भू-आश्रितों को उनके नियुक्ति पत्र प्रदान किए गए तथा उनके उज्ज्वल भविष्य की कामना की गई।
