Today, on 30th May 2026, the District Commissioner of Nalbari, Shri Nibedan Das Patowary, ACS, chaired a productive meeting with District Coordinating Officers (DCOs) of banks of the district to review and discuss key banking and district-level issues.
The session was attended by the LDM along with other concerned authorities to ensure collaborative progress.

আজি ৩০ মে, ২০২৬ তাৰিখে নলবাৰী জিলাৰ জিলা আয়ুক্ত শ্ৰীনিবেদন দাস পাটোৱাৰী, অ.অ.সে. ডাঙৰীয়াই জিলাখনৰ বেংকসমূহৰ জিলা সমন্বয়ক বিষয়া সকলৰ সৈতে এক ফলপ্ৰসূ বৈঠকত অধ্যক্ষতা কৰে। এই বৈঠকত বেংকিং খণ্ডৰ গুৰুত্বপূৰ্ণ বিষয়সমূহ তথা জিলাখনৰ বিভিন্ন সমস্যাৰ ওপৰত পৰ্যালোচনা আৰু আলোচনা কৰা হয়।

​The session focused on establishing a streamlined, efficient framework to ensure the seamless ex*****on of the census process.

This meeting was graced by the presence of the CEO, ADCs, COs, BDOs, and the dedicated team of officials who will be spearheading the Census 2027 operations.

আজি ৩০ মে, ২০২৬ তাৰিখে নলবাৰীৰ আয়ুক্ত শ্ৰীনিবেদন দাস পাটোৱাৰী, অ.অ.সেৰ সভাপতিত্বত 'লোকপিয়ল ২০২৭' ৰ কৌশলগত ৰূপায়ণৰ সন্দৰ্ভত এখন গুৰুত্বপূৰ্ণ সভা অনুষ্ঠিত হয়।

Today, the Hon’ble Governor of Assam, Shri Lakshman Prasad Acharya launched the Model Village Development Programme at Jagara, Nalbari, aimed at promoting agricultural development and holistic rural progress. Organised by Bharat Vikas Parishad, Assam Prant in collaboration with leading agricultural and research institutions, the initiative seeks to transform Jagara into an ideal village through community participation and sustainable development.

The programme was attended by Shri Narayan Deka, MLA of Barkhetri constituency, Vice-Chancellors of Assam Agricultural University and Assam Veterinary and Fishery University along with officials, representatives of Bharat Vikas Parishad, and others.
