ing, the first ever MCHI Navi Mumbai - Raigad Property Expo 2012 is being organized at Nerul. Within a short span of time since its foundation, MCHI Navi Mumbai - Raigad units have attracted more than 250 reputed builders and developers from the region of Navi Mumbai and Raigad as its members. Various seminars have been arranged among its members for spreading knowledge on topics like Union Budget, VAT, Airport Development, Schemes of MMRDA, New DCR, etc, and to also address the issues of immediate attention. Numerous meetings were held with various government officials at secretary level, collector, CIDCO MD and also with Chief Minister (twice) for solving issues faced by the housing industry.
