KCA central hosted an Onam sadya and cultural programs on Saturday 14th Sept. More than 150 members from various units participated with gusto. Maveli graced the occasion and there were dance, and songs including performance by our own Mr.Xavier at the venue. The hi-light of the program of course was the sumptuous sadya prepared by the team led by Mr. Mohan Kandathil, and served in the traditional style on a banana leaf. All in all an excellent program indeed!!

KCA Nerul unit took to the gardens here to help increase the tree cover in our fair city of Navi Mumbai. In our own little way KCA Nerul unit wanted to help, considering all the news around climate change and calls to plant trees. So from the very young to senior citizens, we had a good sprinkling of volunteers who turned up to help in the event. It was a excellent time spent together, learning and working as we went along planting saplings - all native varieties like Gulmohar, Badam, Mango and the like. Looking forward to make it an annual event and much larger in scope next year onwards.

Thanks to everyone who volunteered and also blessed the event. Thank you 🙏😊
