HAMS the word Harijana (Schedule Caste). The Adibasi (Schedule Tribes) & the Dalits (those socio-economically and culturally back ward) were considered as the first target group for all round development. It
is a tribute to those architects of human destiny, known and unknown, who lived their lives for the cause of the mankind. It is this spirit of humble reorganization to sub line human values that sustains the organization, up keeping a sense of commitment and dedication along its rank and file who aspire to be a living link in the infinite chain of development process. The beginning days were not so meaning full for the target group for informal activities, but the lessons learned from experience, made HAMS systematic in approach to fulfill its objectives for which it was established. By corridor of time & through numbers of learning exercise the society has now established its credibility not only among the target group but also other stake holders. THE VISION:-
To apply methodologies and initiate social development initiatives through multi sectoral approach for the benefit of those who live in illiteracy ignorance and object poverty. THE MISSION:-
To fight for the right of destitute women, orphan and marginal section of the community by establishing and vocational institutions.
