Day 1 | Development & Vetting of Training Module on Virtual Labs

CIET-NCERT commenced a four-day workshop (24–27 August 2026) on developing and vetting Training Modules on Virtual Labs in Science and Mathematics.

The session featured insights from Prof. Shireesh P. Singh, Head, DICT, CIET-NCERT who highlighting Virtual Labs and their role in experiential and technology-enabled learning.

Experts from RIEs, KVS, Teacher Education Institutions, Universities and NCERT are participating to develop and validate the module, aligned with NEP 2020 and NCF-SE 2023.

𝐅𝐢𝐞𝐥𝐝 𝐕𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐭 𝐭𝐨 𝐍𝐈𝐂𝐒, 𝐍𝐨𝐢𝐝𝐚

The Department of Educational Psychology and Foundations of Education, NCERT, New Delhi, organized a field visit to the National Institute for Career Services (NICS), Noida, on 24 August 2026 for 40 trainee counsellors of the DCGC Batch-2026.

The trainees gained practical insights into career counselling, psychometric testing, employability skills, skill development, placement services, and the National Career Service (NCS) Portal. They also visited the PM E2E Career Lounge and interacted with NICS officials and professionals.

The visit provided valuable exposure to the role of career guidance and employment services in empowering learners and strengthening counselling practices.

𝐂𝐚𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐁𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐩 𝟑.𝟎 | 𝐃𝐚𝐲 𝟏 | 𝐁𝐚𝐭𝐜𝐡 𝟒

The inaugural session of Day 1 of Capacity Building Workshop 3.0, Batch 4 commenced at Rashtriya Vidya Samiksha Kendra (RVSK), CIET-NCERT, under the aegis of the Ministry of Education, Government of India.

Participants from Andaman & Nicobar Islands, Bihar, Chandigarh, Jharkhand, Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, and West Bengal are participating in this batch.

The inaugural session was graced by Prof. Amarendra P. Behera, Joint Director, CIET-NCERT, and Prof. Shireesh Pal Singh, Head, DICT, CIET-NCERT.

The sessions covered an overview of RVSK and the National Data Ecosystem, followed by discussions on the 6As—Attendance, Assessment, Adaptive Learning, Accreditations, Administration, and AI. Participants also explored the scaling of APAAR across States/UTs.

A key highlight of the day was the integration of Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan (KVS) with RVSK through the centralized KVS VSK platform, enabling real-time monitoring of learning outcomes, attendance, and resource distribution in alignment with NEP 2020.

The day concluded with an engaging discussion on the RVSK Portal, covering its current status, key features, and future roadmap. The session concluded with a vote of thanks proposed by Dr. Satya Bhushan, Associate Professor, CIET-NCERT, and National Coordinator, RVSK.

हिंदी पखवाड़ा 2026 | डिजिटल शिक्षा में हिंदी भाषा एवं साहित्य | शिक्षक कवि सम्मेलन

केंद्रीय शैक्षिक प्रौद्योगिकी संस्थान (CIET), NCERT द्वारा दिनांक 25 एवं 26 सितंबर 2026 को “डिजिटल शिक्षा में हिंदी भाषा एवं साहित्य” विषयक पर दो दिवसीय कार्यशाला का आयोजन किया जा रहा है।

डिजिटल शिक्षा के निरंतर विस्तार के साथ हिंदी के प्रभावी प्रयोग, गुणवत्तापूर्ण हिंदी डिजिटल सामग्री के विकास तथा तकनीकी माध्यमों में हिंदी की संभावनाओं को समझना और सुदृढ़ करना आज अत्यंत आवश्यक है। इसी व्यापक संदर्भ में आयोजित इस कार्यशाला के केंद्र में “शिक्षक कवि सम्मेलन” है, जो शिक्षकों की सृजनात्मक अभिव्यक्ति को मंच प्रदान करेगा।

इस अवसर पर विद्यालयों के इच्छुक एवं योग्य शिक्षक-शिक्षिकाओं से उनकी स्वरचित हिंदी कविताएँ आमंत्रित हैं।
