IAC National Convenor Sarbajit Roy demands "carry forward" of unutilsed cash withdrawals limits caused by shortage of currency notes.

Specifying that Banks are only distributing Rs. 2,000 against weekly cash withdrawal limits of Rs. 24,000 due to currency note shortages, IAC National Convenor Sarbajit Roy asks Finance Minister to carry forward currency withdrawals limits.

The Bank unions are also concerned that in case this is not done by 31st December 2016 and currency made freely available, the public will be forced to take law into their own hands and bank staff will be assaulted.

Dear Mr. Kejriwal

I am constrained to inform you that I have received an email reply from the Head of the Centre for Energy Studies (CES-IITD) at IIT Delhi, dt. 15 November 2016 in reply to my request to be informed about any degrees / doctorate(s).of Mr. Gopal Mohan conferred by IIT Delhi.

The reply received indicates that Mr.Gopal Mohan (s/o Shri Radhey Shyam Thareja), who is presumably your advisor anti-corruption, has merely attended courses for professional candidate registration at their Centre, and that they have no information about degrees or doctorates he has claimed to have obtained from IIT Delhi.

As this is now a serious matter, I would request you to kindly seek an immediate explanation from your anti-corruption advisor concerning his apparently impersonatory claims of being a degree holder / Ph.D from IIT-Delhi in robotics and energy studies / embedded systems etc. widely published in the national newspapers like DNA / Indian Express / Times of India etc. (see links below)

I expect your reply in 3 days, since I am reiterating that. Mr. Gopal Mohan has corruptly misused the authority of your office as Chief Minister to ensure that vigilance complaints I have made against Delhi Govt officials have been compromised.

INDIA FIGHTS CORRUPTION - Anger spills over over Rs.500 withdrawal

It's sheer idiocy to announce demonetisation overnight when 80 percent of currency is issued in 500 and 1,000 rupee denominations," Sarbajit Roy, National Convenor INDIA FIGHTS CORRUPTION, said on the sidelines of the 126th Brahmo Conference at New Delhi today.

Over half of India's 200,000 ATMs were shut on Friday after they quickly ran out of the new notes as hundreds of people swooped upon them.

"It's utterly bizarre no plans were made to replenish currency notes to millions of people across the country before such a huge decision was taken," Sarbajit Roy told the Sydney Mail.

'Chaos reigns'

India's Finance Minister Arun Jaitley said ATMs could not be calibrated for new currency notes before the announcement in order to maintain secrecy.

"Recalibration of ATMs will be completed within three weeks," he said.

Anna's spokespersons publicly said that Arvind Kejriwal was promised Rs. 20 crores by Ajay Chauthala to campaign against Congress in Hisar bypoll. Of course OPEN magazine had said much the same thing in 2011 "Ajay Chauthala - Team Anna's undeclared candidate".

As per Manish Tewari, the Sawant commission report, published on Feb. 22, 2005, finds Anna Hazare, his various trusts and trustees guilty of corruption, maladministration and criminal acts.

Gaurang Bobde murder case!

The dead body has multiple injuries, one serious neck injury, and a twisted hand. You can find the news and photos in Google. Police has said Gaurang's death is caused by accident. He fell down from the stairs and broke his hand, hurt his head, swollen his eye and even ruptured his liver.

Tough to believe?

Gaurang Bobde was a friend, a friend who loved to live.
He went to party with his friends in Magneto Mall, Bilaspur on 21st, July 2016, night. Next morning his body was found.
The body has an eye injury, multiple fractures in his hand, which became twisted, his face was scarred with blood. He was pushed off the floor. His shoe was found in the basement. One sock lost, and torn hair(Identified to be his) was found in the basement.

If rumors and media is to be believed, police is saying it's a 'Ghatna' where he was drunk and slipped off. There hasn't been an explanation of the multiple injuries all over his body, and how the hand got twisted so badly.

Some say, just because the suspects (his friends with whom he went to party) belong from strongly affluent backgrounds with political and high profile influence, thus they were trying to hide the case.
Vedanti S Bobde, the sister who has been rightly fighting for the justice of her brother's death, clearly believes it's a murder.
He has been harshly beaten to death, is what she feels.

Today due to local media pressure and social media pressure police has ARRESTED the youth but they will get bail tommorow as they have filed IPC 304 NOT IPC302 and IPC307.

I request you, to cover this story or it will be lost under weight of MONEY and INFLUENCE. Justice should not be based on the background of the criminal, but on the crime he committed,
