Parulekar, noted strategic affairs scholar and Assistant Professor of International Relations and Area Studies at Goa University, addressed participants of at College of Defence Management, Secunderabad , on Strategic Manoeuvres for Security, Stability and Resilience in the Indo-Pacific.

The year long course for officers of the Naval Armament Inspection Cadre commenced at , Pune.

Major General Naveen Kumar Thapliyal, Commandant, interacted with the participants and exhorted them to pursue technical excellence while remaining abreast with emerging technologies.

The initial professional course prepares officers for technical appointments in the inspection, quality assurance and lifecycle management of naval armament systems.

Covering weapon systems, armament technologies and contemporary defence engineering, it equips participants with the specialist skills required for the NAI Cadre.

College of Defence Management, Secunderabad, successfully conducted the Defence Management Course Serial 21 which brought together 22 officers from the Indian Defence Forces and 16 officers from Friendly Foreign Countries — 🇧🇩 🇰🇪 🇲🇻 🇱🇰 🇳🇵 — to strengthen defence management and international cooperation.

Participant officers explored core concepts of defence management, including Strategic Planning, Resource Allocation, Organisational Behaviour, Leadership Development and Financial and Supply Chain Management — Skills to help officers navigate an evolving security environment and work together more effectively.

Indian and foreign officers together visited defence industry units, heritage sites in Hyderabad, engaging with India's growing defence industrial base, its ancient knowledge systems and its perspectives on global issues — building relationships that go beyond borders.

A look at India's innovation ecosystem, through a military lens.

As part of the Management Education Tour, a Tri-Services delegation, along with international participants of from College of Defence Management, Secunderabad , visited T-Works and T-Hub, a Telangana Government initiative.

The officers toured the innovation and incubation centre, seeing first-hand how it fosters cutting-edge manufacturing and best practices in pursuit of self-reliance and technological excellence.

They also learned about startups nurtured at T-Works that have since grown into national success stories.
