All Ministries/Departments/Organizations will focus on resolving both grievances already registered on and received in physical mode, where dues are pending on or before 31.07.2024.

संयुक्त सचिव महोदय की अध्यक्षता में 6 जुलाई, 2026 को कॉन्फ्रेंस हॉल में, विभाग के सभी कार्मिकों के लिए एक हिंदी कार्यशाला आयोजित की गई। इस कार्यशाला में श्री राजेन्‍द्र प्रसाद वर्मा, सेवानिवृत्‍त उप निदेशक द्वारा निम्नलिखित विषयों पर व्‍याख्‍यान दिया गया :-
1) हिंदी और आधुनिक सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी AI & IT Tools में हिंदी का प्रयोग
2) विंडोज-10 तथा विंडोज-11 और माइक्रोसॉफ्ट वर्ड के लेटेस्ट फीचर्स में हिंदी का प्रयोग
3) भारत सरकार द्वारा विकसित विभिन्न सॉफ्यटवेयर मशीनी अनुवाद जैसे कंठस्थ-भारती, भाषिनी, अनुवादिनी, शब्दिका, आदि के फीचर्स की जानकारी आदि...

.0 is being implemented in two focused phases to ensure timely and qualitative redressal of long-pending pension grievances/claims/issues.
Preparatory Phase (7–22 July 2026): Identification of long-pending grievances, claims, and systemic issues, including suo-moto identification of eligible cases received through online/physical modes, where dues became payable on or before 31st July 2024 but remain unpaid.
Execution Phase (23 July–18 August 2026): Conclusive redressal of identified cases, ensuring eligible pensioners and family pensioners receive their rightful dues.

.0 goes beyond resolving existing grievances—it seeks to prevent future ones by adopting a 'whole-of the-government approach' that promotes citizen-centric, proactive, and compassionate governance.
During the campaign, all Ministries/Departments/Organizations will proactively identify systemic issues and eligible cases that may otherwise lead to grievances, ensuring rightful pension benefits reach pensioners/family pensioners without waiting for them to approach the Government.
