The “Emoji Scam” actually happened — and it’s wild.
A girl got a DM from a friend asking for quick help.
Nothing weird… until the “friend” started replying only with emojis.
Then came: “Can you send some money? Will return by tonight 🙏🙂”.
Looked harmless.
Felt harmless.
Total scam.
Her friend’s account was hacked, and those cute emojis cost her 9,000 rupees.
The lesson?
If someone suddenly talks like a walking emoji pack… double-check before you send a single rupee.
