Senior Congress Leader and former National Coordinator of the All India Congress Committee (AICC), Sibtain Shah has congratulated the Gen Z youth of the nation on the resignation of Union Education Minister Shri Dharmendra Pradhan. Their sustained, peaceful and determined protests have forced accountability at the highest levels. The resignation of Shri Dharmendra Pradhan is a victory of the voice of the young generation that refused to remain silent in the face of repeated examination paper leaks and the resulting injustice to millions of students. The courage of youth has shown exit door to India’s education Minister.

Congress leader further said that I also place on record the consistent support and leadership provided by the Leader of Opposition in the Lok Sabha, Shri Rahul Gandhi, who stood firmly with the students and continuously raised their concerns both inside and outside Parliament. His unwavering solidarity strengthened the movement and kept the focus on the aspirations of the young generation.

Deeply saddened by the passing of veteran political leader Sheikh Mustafa Kamal Sahib.

His long public life, political experience, and commitment to the people of Jammu & Kashmir will always be remembered. His demise is a significant loss to the political landscape of the region.

I extend my heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family, friends, colleagues, and all those mourning his loss. May the Almighty grant him the highest place in Jannat and give strength and patience to his loved ones during this difficult time.
