"It is a dream for any NCC cadet to march at Rajpath and there are only a few lucky ones who get to experience that. For that, even if we need to lose out on our sleep for six months, I think it is definitely worth it, Marching at Rajpath is not 'just a drill' for these cadets who have spent the last six months preparing for the event. For some, taking part in the parade is fulfiling their parents' dream and for others, the Rajpath march has been their goal since the day they joined the NCC. "Not everyone gets the chance to be where we are. You need to be a step ahead in terms of your drill, presentation and discipline because if you are a Rajpath cadet, then you are expected to be the best
