From Rohtas to Reliance: Nisha Kumari’s Journey of Grit & Growth

Hailing from a 12-member joint family in Rohtas, Bihar, Nisha Kumari faced daily financial hardships. With her father battling health issues and an unstable farm income, opportunities seemed out of reach—even after completing her 12th grade.

But everything changed when she discovered the EFOS Mission Job initiative during a local mobilization camp.

After completing her training, Nisha was placed as a Customer Service Associate at Reliance Smart Point, Ara. With dedication and hard work, she earned a promotion and now proudly contributes to her family’s well-being.

Today, she stands as a role model for rural youth, especially young women, showing that skill-based education is the bridge to financial independence and dignity.

Classroom and On job Training through EFOS equipped Rinkee with essential retail skills, including customer service, visual merchandising, and product handling. The hands-on learning experience helped her gain confidence and industry exposure, making her job-ready.
