• Certified for Excellence: Conferred the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System Certification, affirming its robust HR practices, digital transformation, process integrity and culture of continuous improvement.

• Seamless Healthcare Transition: Became first Records Office in the Indian Army to issue pre-activated ECHS Smart Cards, in collaboration with Central Organisation, ECHS, to the retiring soldiers, ensuring uninterrupted and dignified access to quality healthcare from Day One of second innings.

• Digital Bridge for Welfare: Launch of VYAS Chatbot - 9816100628, providing instant guidance on entitlements, documentation and serving as a responsive grievance-redressal platform for soldiers and NOKs of the Gorkha fraternity.

These visionary steps ensure frictionless support, seamless medical cover and complete transparency for those who have dedicated their lives to the Nation.

Subedar Sunil Kumar S, an elite , adorning the coveted Balidaan Badge, suffered a fatal brain haemorrhage while serving in forward area. He was declared brain-dead at Command Hospital, .

In an act of profound courage and compassion, honouring his noble intent, the family consented to organ donation, gifting the light of sight to four individuals. Proficient doctors at Command Hospital, Chandimandir executed the dream, transforming personal loss of the family into enduring hope for the recipients.

Chakra Warriors pay solemn homage to the departed noble soul and value the spirit of sacrifice and devotion of each family member.

During life, he defended the Nation; and even in his last moments, he illuminated lives.

The GOC witnessed the display of innovative combat manoeuvres under realistic battlefield conditions- 'Train As You Fight', visited Kharga drone lab and reviewed indigenous solutions driving evolution of Drone & Counter-Drone capability.
The GOC commended all ranks for the high standards of training, operational preparedness and motivation, while urging troops to stay alert, adaptive, innovative and future-ready.
