The Panipat based laboratory of IOCL has successfully new products like 96 RON petrol and sub-zero diesel for Indian army. It also performs various other chemical testings like appearance or color, smoke point, density by hydrometer, copper strip corrosion test, flash point, pours point, sulfur content, existent gum, etc., of petroleum products like MS, SKO, HSD, and JET A1.
